We have a house in the Tahoe Keys (have owned it for 20+ years) that required a number of substantial repairs: a wind-damaged shed gate, other damaged gates, loose deck posts and railings, stone paver repairs, and painting. I contacted Evan and he responded immediately. Evan identified the needed repairs, acquired the materials, and performed the repairs in an efficient, professional manner, matching the existing paint. The gates, which had been problematic over the years, are now operating perfectly. The stone repairs leveled previously uneven surfaces. The deck post and railings are now as solid as the day they were installed.
Evan performed these repairs in a minimal amount of time (a couple of days) in a turn-key fashion. His prices are quite reasonable, given the very high quality of his work.
