We are Absentee owners and Evan has been helping us with a variety of things for a number of years now: snow removal, fence repairs, roof heat tape, interior repairs. In fact, after the big snow in 2023, when our front door wouldn't open, Evan crawled through a window to discover massive snow damage, prompting us to successful repairs through our insurance company. Evan goes above and beyond, is readily available, and does excellent work. We highly recommend him!
